THINK NATURE®
Debbie Flevotomou Architects is a RIBA Chartered London practice designing energy-positive landmarks, where biophilic architecture and institutional-grade financial modelling move as one.
01The Practice
We design buildings that behave like living systems, and model them like investments.
THINK NATURE is our design engine: biomimicry, advanced geometry and wellbeing, applied with the discipline of a financial institution.
Every project is held to two accounts. The environmental account, measured in energy and carbon. The commercial account, measured in return. Both are designed to profit.
The result is architecture that pays for itself at every scale: a masterplan for a district, a landmark tower, or a private residence. Each one conceived as an ecosystem and priced like a product.
02Services
Energy-Positive Landmarks
New buildings conceived as ecosystems, engineered to generate more energy than they consume.
Climate-Responsive Urbanism
Districts shaped around climate, culture and the rhythm of the site, phased to deliver value early.
Award-Winning Luxury, Turnkey
Interiors delivered end to end, from first concept to the last detail, specified and installed.
03The Work
A selection of built work and designs in progress. 98% of our projects have won an award.
04Sectors
Hotels, restaurants and destinations designed to be felt, and priced to perform.
Viability settled in the first sketch, value protected through to completion.
Stores and centres that draw footfall and hold attention.
One-off homes delivered from brief to key in hand.
05Interiors
Our interiors practice is award-winning. We deliver luxury spaces turnkey: furniture, lighting, art and the smallest detail, specified, installed and handed over.
06Process
Site, market and margins mapped before a line is drawn.
Massing, energy and financial models run in parallel, not sequence.
Contractors, engineers and suppliers managed to a fixed target.
Post-occupancy review keeps the building performing as designed.

Very complex plans, conversion of a castle to a five-star hotel and resort, no issues at all. They found ways to cut costs and saved the project thousands of euros. Very happy with the service, communication, and results.
Zero carbon design and environmentally friendly mega buildings. I've worked with DFA on a number of projects including hotels, spas and residential. Highly recommend.
Highly professional, communicative and with great design ideas. She helped us to see clearly what we could achieve with our space.
Worthy of all the awards that they have won. The team's design skills are exceptional, very professional and great to work with. They exceeded my expectations.
